Denver

Panel #1: Motivating a Successful Sales Team (3:30pm- 4:15pm)

It is often said that a true salesperson is made, not born. In this panel, three executives from cloud solution companies will discuss how to create an environment that fosters success for their sales team. Starting from the ground up, we’ll touch on the qualities they look for in team members during the hiring process, the types of incentives offered, and the KPI’s used to monitor achievements. We’ll also delve into the leadership qualities needed to ensure all goals are met and the team is working cohesively.

  • The first 10 minutes of the panel will be for introductions, approximately three minutes per speaker. Then, the moderator will start off with some opening questions to set the tone of the conversation. As soon as there is a question or comment from the audience, we’ll defer to the floor.

Panel #2: Specialization- The Key to the Future? (5:15pm- 6pm)

For their specific needs and problems, clients want specific solutions. Furthermore, they want experts to provide these solutions. From HIPAA compliance in the medical industry to security concerns in the financial sector, it’s increasingly evident that IT professionals are offering specialized services and platforms to serve the technology needs of niche industries. In this panel, we’ll touch on the decision-making behind deciding to work with specialized verticals, the processes and requirements for working with them, and ways to target this type of clientele.

  • The first 10 minutes of the panel will be for introductions, approximately three minutes per speaker. Then, the moderator will start off with some opening questions to set the tone of the conversation. As soon as there is a question or comment from the audience, we’ll defer to the floor.
