Richard is a Supply Chain professional with over 20 years' experience in the industry and consulting.  Prior to joining IBM, Richard held senior management roles in electronics manufacture in the UK and France, with responsibility for Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering.  In a 10-year career at IBM, Richard has led engagements delivering supply chain transformation, regulatory change and digital strategy to enhance customer experience.  Richard has a deep interest in the pragmatic application of technology to resolve supply chain issues and generate a competitive advantage for his clients.

Naushabah Khan is Director for Public Affairs at Four Communications with expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects and housing.  She is also a Labour Councillor at Medway Council, winning her seat in 2015 local elections, and opposition Spokesperson for Housing. 
Naushabah was previously the parliamentary candidate in Rochester and Strood by-election in 2014, and the subsequent general election in 2015, appearing on a number of televised debates.

Before entering Public Affairs, she worked for a Member of the European Parliament in both Brussels and the UK and is currently a member of the Labour Campaign for the Single Market.

Matthew has specialised in customs and excise duties for 15 years and holds an LLB Law Degree and a Masters in International Law with Honours.

Matthew leads PwC’s UK service offerings with respect to customs and excise duties for the Energy, Utilities, Mining and Alcohol markets.   In addition, he has extensive experience of working with clients in the automotive, aerospace & defence, electronics, retail, freight forwarder, and technology industries.

He is regularly involved in providing advisory and compliance services to drive operational efficiency and maximise duty efficiency for companies which import, manufacture, pack, distribute and export products both within the EU and globally.  He has represented several  ‘household known’ companies in negotiations with HMRC from a policy perspective, in addition, he has been successful in mediating with HMRC in an effort to reduce the need for a company to take their case to tribunal.
